End of year concert
A little information for new students who have not taken part in concerts before.
It is a semi-formal concert designed to let beginner students try out public performance skills in a safe and fun environment, and for senior students to build confidence in performance technique. It isn't compulsory, but I do encourage students to try it at least once before deciding it isn't for them. Students can choose to play by themselves or with me if they feel a little nervous. Most students enjoy the experience and we usually have a little shared food afterwards to celebrate their performance. The goal is to have fun!
